I have a bad credit/pot negative account from Wells Fargo that has a balance of $35,899. It was open on Nov 1 2006. The vehicle was not repoed however I did leave it at the dealership when I left. Is there anyway to get this off or anything I can do with this? Or will I have to wait for the SOL to go into effect...

If I could do a pay for delete with them I would. However the amount they have on that car is outrageous. It was not worth any thing near that. I'm curious to know how they even came up with a balance that high.

You can dispute it with the credit bureaus. They will contact Wells Fargo and if Wells Fargo doesn't respond or can't prove it belongs there within 30 days they must remove it. It's worth a shot.

I also have horrible credit scores of 554, 574, 559 I need a car and have 3500 dollars the car I want is 15000 is there any bank that would give me a shot? With having poor credit and a repo

It's best not to apply for any loans until you get your scores up because even if you did get a loan, you would pay outrageous interest rates making the loan hard to pay and starting the bad credit cycle all over again.
