Default Car Repossession

I had a car repossessed last year.
I never received notification of the sale.
As of today, I have not received notification of a defieciency from the sale fo the vehicle.
This is reporting on my CCR as a charge off.
How do I dispute? Do I send dispute to the original creditor or the CRA?
I've searched online for an answer but so far I've found nothing.
Thank You.

Do a title search with the dmv,it should tell if it was sold, then find the sale price. They may owe you money.
