i got a title loan and the car i used as collateral is

completely dead. I bought a new car....? and no longer want the old one or to pay them for the old one. I told them to just come and get it but they are still calling and harrassing me and won't come and get the car. How do I stop a creditor from calling?

They will eventually come get it,but wouldnt it best if you paid your debt,they trusted you to pay it back,they gave you money in your time of need,so do the right thing and pay it back,but if you dont let them come get it.tell them you cant pay it

Pay them what you owe them or they'll keep calling you. Then they'll take the car, sell it at auction get 1/2 to 1/3 what you owe and you have to pay them the rest. You should have never gotten that car sounds like to me but now you're stuck.

Pay the bill, you owe it. They, like you don't want the car they want the money you owe. It is not their fault you don't use the car.
