leased car that's over the mileage and needing new car?

If you want a new car from the same dealer, go and dump the old one on his lap and be prepared to negotiate for a new one. If you're lucky and the car is in good condition he might overlook the mileage on a new model. One way or another you will pay for the excess mileage even if they call it something else.
