Default How do I get my husbands auto finance company

to stop calling me? My husband has a car loan that until the last two months he paid on time. I am not on the loan. He was in a car accident with his buddy leaving softball practice. (No alcohol was involved) My husband sustained substantial injuries and is now in a rehabilitation program to regain certain mobilities after a 6 week stay in the hospital. He is temporarily living at the facility that provides the rehab. He is receiving a small workmans comp check but it is not even close to what he made weekly. I work but due to his injuries I have to miss time to meet with physicians and the like. I have explained the situation to the finance company over and over but they continue to call. If I could afford an attorney I would hire one to help but I cant. How can I get these people to stop calling me. It is 10 am and they have called three times already!I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. Apparently it falls on deaf ears!

Tell them to stop. On monday morning call and speak to a supervisor etc and tell them everything that has happened. If they cannot make them stop at this point talk to their boss.

It's really a big headache to receive calls from financing company. It's better to talk to them personally. Go to the main office of that financing company. Tell them your present situation and ask them about the any insurance connected in that loan. If it's not applicable, better to make agreement regarding this problem with them. If you'e hubby is in the hospital for his recovery it means nobody drive that car now. So, it's better to sell it to sustain all your financial problems/ Sell it as in assume balance. At least you can have your money again or even 50% of your money back.
