Each credit bureau has its own version of the basic FICO algorithm. When estimating your credit scores, they try to score as close to FICO as they can, there scores are referred to as "FAKO scores". But, since FICO's algorithm is a secret, they can really only "guesstimate".
On top of that, each bureau has access to slightly different sets of data and compiles it in a slightly different way.
Also, not all lenders report to all three bureaus so you may have items on one report, that aren't on the others.
