If you have any old statements or paperwork, dig into them and see if you can find the correct dates. That would be something worth disputing...
Like I said, it may be tough to get off but there is a certain protocol for tackling OCs (especially Crap One)......you have to start with disputing. If you can catch them in a mistake, it is to your advantage. |
I know this is a really really old post, but I am wondering if hypothetically speaking they have reported the dates wrong, do they have to remove the entry or can they just update that entry??? I have a few that are reporting incorrectly and am hoping that they just completely remove it and not "update" it... Anybody know for sure???
