I heard that if you dispute that your BK was chapter 13 instead of chapter 7 since they can't verified it will be removed from your Credit records.
I filed BK last year 05/10 it shows in my equifax's file but not in transunion's file I'm still waitinf Expirian to see what I have.
in Tranunion's file they have me in records since 08/10 but equifax has all the accounts as included in BK.
I would like to dispute my BK in 2 more years see what happens.
