Not sure if this will help but I disputed both mine and my hubbies inquiries with EQ and they all came back verified so I disputed all of them again as fraudulent and they came back verified. Talked to a lady at EQ and she said dont dispute them anymore cause all the credit bureas will not delete them and that you need to contact the person that placed it on there in the first place and dispute with them.
I am always getting the run around cause then we called the people that had the inquiry listed and they said call the CRA cause they cant and wont do anything about it.
Arggggggg!
