Ahh okay, so they are required by law to report the FCRA compliance date once it goes on your CR so there is no deceitfulness by them telling the CRA a different and much later date then the original compliance date?
Also, on the OC/CA situation. If the debt as been assigned and not sold should I do a PFD to the OC and if they accept pay it and once it's deleted to a DV for the CA that the debt was assigned too?
On the other hand if it is sold, I do a PFD with the CA, but how do I work on get the OC that sold the debt off my report?
