Finally, I have to politely disagree with Ca RIP's comment that if a CA is reporting it should cause OC tradeline to fall off. OC and CA can both report. OC reports account as charged off and then CA reports it's current status with them.

point taken, what i was getting at is if the debt has been sold then the oc has basically washed there hands of it, so they would most likely not verify it in a cra dispute... at least this has been my experience w/ 2 oc/ca's
