Unfortunately I did not get it in writing but they removed it from experian and transunion after I disputed. I do not know why they are sticking it to me on equifax.
I am in New York, you stated it appears to come off in 8/2013, am I wrong assuming that since it is paid that it comes off in five years rather than seven? Or is that just collections?
It is indeed listed under "negative accounts" and reports paid as agreed.
They show 81 month history for the account where it was charged off, paid,delinquent at times all the way to the current month. I suppose a question I have is:
The account is listed as closed but they keep reporting it all the way to this current month, I am moving soon and need to setup electric service, is that going to re-open this account or effect it in some adverse way that I am not seeing? Should I get this settled before I re-establish service/re-open the account?
