Interesting. It's reporting "pays as agreed" but I'm assuming it's listed under your negative accts, right?
Usually the DOLA and the DOFD are the same, but not always. If you don't think the DOLA (8/2006) is accurate and you don't have it in your records, you can always call up the CRA and ask them for the DOFD/FCRA compliance date. It appears as though this would be scheduled to come off in 8/2013.
You said they agreed to remove this from your reports? Did you by chance get that in writing?
That's what I would be working on.. bugging the hell out of the company to take it off.
