We already opted-out & updated/deleted husband's personal info. We are getting ready to send out the 1st round of dispute letters. I wasn't sure if I should include a CA & CO that are ready to fall off at the beginning of next year.

On EX CR, both state "This account is scheduled to continue on record until Jan 2010".
On TU CR, CA states "Estimated date that this item will be removed 03/2010" & CO is 01/2010.
EQ doesn't show CA at all and the CO doesn't show drop-off dates, but I'm assuming it's close to the others.

I'm still new to credit repair and I don't want to mess with any of the dates and have them stay on longer than necessary. So, should I dispute or wait? No major purchases planned until maybe middle of 2010. Thanks for any suggestions.
