Trish, we just recieved a letter from the court saying that Cache LLC asked the court for permission to serve my wife "via alternate methods".
The courts response was...."IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's motion for service via alternate methods".
So now what? Can a good FDCPA attorney get rid of these guys. I hear Cache LLC are a bunch of A holes.
