This CA is fighting me tooth and nail on these collections. The letter is SO long, there is no way I can post it but they are bringing out every detail and every conversation........OY.
The thing is.......this is due to fall off of my reports in July of THIS YEAR. I'm just surprised they are being this much of a PITA over two 7 year old debts. :rolleyes:

Well, they continued to fight me..... then in July they fell off. :rolleyes:
So my complaints did not help me get these off any sooner.
I do, however, have another small victory to tell you guys about... I am still in the process (just filed complaints last Friday) but the CA already deleted it from all 3 reports!
I will try to come back and explain later when I have more time.
