If your not being hounded then disputing could wake up the sleeping dog.That could set off a round of letters and phone calls demanding payments and could set off being sued.I was trying to explain to you the worst case to you.Sometimes doing nothing if your not being hounded is the best course.Remember these companies have software that if you go out and try to get credit will trigger a response to you.So it is a hard question to answer.Don't worry i understand its very worrying.So to get the right answer is going to be hard to come up with.You will need to have patience and time to solve this problem.
