What are the risks involved with trying to fix my credit when the accounts are within the SOL? Thank you in advance for any help.
Your opening your self up to being sued if you do nothing.Waiting for the sol is an option you have. The option for your creditors is getting a judgement, wage garnishment etc.If you judgement proof you still can get sued.Remember a judgement stays for 10 years and can be renewed. It will not go away.
