You need to kiss butt to Verizon and goodwill letter them and state your situation and how it doesn't reflect you as a customer and credit worthy person, etc. (you'll get ideas on here) and that you greatly appreciate deletion and would like to remain a good customer of Verizon and enjoy their services....
Original creditors can forgive and forget and remove items from your report. So, keep trying! (don't deal with the CA's they won't help any.)
