I think this Verizon issue was in another topic, I think?
Anyway, I guess I would just do a PFD letter to VERIZON. Don't do it with any collection agency. Obviously, it is hard to get anywhere with most CA's. All they want is money and they won't help in deleting - they'll leave it on your report as paid and that won't do any good at all.
