 My judgement deletion story
Okay, I wanted to post my results in disputing two judgments from 2003-2004 that I am trying to get deleted from my CR. On tomorrow, I plan on tracking down a certified copy of the judgment from both courts in order to dispute. BOTH of these judgments were paid off years ago. One is showing as paid that was with DISCOVER CARD and the other was with a collection agency whom I made a payment arrangement with. This debt, however, is not showing as satisfied. Now, I do have information that the judgment with the CA has been satisfied.
**Please chime in if I am doing something wrong or stupid. My plan is to get the certified copies THEN dispute with the CRAs.
