I don't understand the laws, etc. so maybe I shouldn't advise you to pay for something that you shouldn't have to pay. I'm just thinking for the purpose of getting this removed from credit. maybe it should be a last resort type deal though.
Dispute it or dispute it again if you have already with all CB's and see what happens. Dispute as unknown or inaccurate and see what happens. |
The sol on phones is 2 years they can not collect and if they sued they would have it dismissed and then you can counter sue period.They don't have a case period.If they don't want to play they get no pay period.
