I think this is to your benefit. Wait on Chase. It sounds as if they could cooperate and delete or you need to make sure they deleted it. Then DISPUTE the judgment as unknown since it actually is unknown anyway for the most part.
I'm guessing the lawyer part judgement will get tricky - maybe Chase can assist with that too and they can send you a letter that you can pass on to the lawyer. (& CB's if need be)
