I'm having a similar problem with PRA. I have two sep accounts with them which i received letters from the OC on both saying the account will and needs to be removed. i have forwarded these letters on to PRA and nothing! They send me letters saying if i dont provide evidence to back up my claim then they will send my account back to the sales floor for collection!!! :mad:
