Lexington Law doesn't charge per item removed. They charge a monthly fee and you can cancel anytime. So, the less you have to dispute the cheaper it will be.
No one can ever guarantee results though. Some peoples credit reports are just easier to deal with then others. And it also seems like some people are just luckier than others, for whatever reason.
