Default Experian blows

At the beginning of the month I sent Experian a letter accompanied by my FTC complaint demanding removal of the investigated items as their response took longer than 30 days.

I just got a BS letter back with a long drawn out explanation that does not pertain to my situation of how they are unable to honor my request and if I believe and item on my report is inaccurate to notify them. NO KIDDING!!

So now what? They are medical collections that are showing a zero balance and reporting as IIB and are all out of the SOL. They are all showing terms of 1 month.

What should my next step be? Should I wait a round of disputes? Should I 1, 2 punch them? Should I DV the CA? File another complaint with the FTC?

How frustrating!!
