I would say your chances are good since you used the HIPAA program.
I don't know exact percentages but I have seen SO many successes with people using this method.
The majority of the people that I have read complaining that it didn't work did not follow the program correctly.
Others that actually did follow it correctly that had problems ended up filing HIPAA complaints and it did eventually work but just took a long time.
I know the waiting is driving you nuts.....so try to hang in there. I'm confident this will work out for you.
