I checked with my bank and found out the OC has deposited the funds. Remember that I was the guy who went directly to the OC's offices and made payment in full and mailed the HIPAA letter seperately to their HIPAA office. I sent the letter to the CRA today as well as the follow up letter to the OC with a copy of the letter I sent to the CRA. What chance do you think I have in getting the collection removed knowing what you know about my situation in particular? Also in your opinion what percentage of the people you've heard about get them removed. This is important to me because I really want this off because I have a new baby and I want to buy a home soon
