Has it been more than 15 days? If so, send them the
PR letter again.......you can add in the letter that you've already sent them one letter (with the CM number and date they rec'd it) and you could also add in the FCRA statutes that state they HAVE to abide by a
PR request.
Oh and if you want to you could even file an FTC complaint and add that along with your letter.
