If it is Crap1's error.........and it was not supposed to be reported in the first place, then the CA has no right to report it either.
So you should dispute the CA acct with the CRAs and at the same time send the CA a letter with a copy of Crap1's letter and demand them to discontinue reporting to the CRAs.
