 Public Record - Tax Lien Removal
I have had pretty good success removing negative items from my CR. The problem is this:
I had a Tax Lien posted in the Public Records section of my Credit Report. I disputed it for the time limit being expired for reporting.. It has been removed by all 3 of credit bureus (trans Union, Experian, Equifax / CSC) and I do not see it on my Credit Report. Now here is the problem....When my mortgage broker pulls my record when I applied for a home loan...the Tax Lien is still being reported. HELP! What is going on and what can I do??
