No, that's not good enough.......and not at all what you asked them for.

You're going to need to send another letter. You could do what nitro suggested in this thread and put the letter attn: to the court administrator.

Ok, so it looks like we need to dumb it down for them. :rolleyes:
In your PR letter, stress that you are not asking for proof of your judgment but you are asking what their policies and procedures are. Do they report these to the CRAs?
We know that court records are public information (duh) and anyone can find out/verify if you have a judgment.........what you need to specify in your letter is you would like to know if the courts report this info to the CRAs.

I can't believe how difficult some of the courthouses make it for us!
