Hello again,

I am in the process of sending out a judgment letter for a previous creditor (Strawbridges & Clothier) who has been out of business for over 7 years. My credit report show that the TL is set to come of in Jan 2010 and verified in Nov 2005. I reside in PA which I beleive the SOL is 4 years, so is it wise to send the letter disputing the judgment or what avenue should I take?
