FYI: i changed the letter to this before i sent
To whom it may concern;
I have sent numerous letters to your company requesting that you verify these debts. You have still not done so. For this, you have violated my rights as protected by the FCRA and I demand that you delete these devastating accounts and the account(s) you have sold to Portfolio Recovery systems or any other third party, within 30 days of receiving this notice or I will have no choice but to seek the guidance of an attorney and to also file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
