Well, you can also file complaints with the BBB, their state's AG (I believe their HQs are in NY) and what will hit them the hardest.....the OCC. I looked and they appear to be a nationally chartered bank.

When you file complaints give them
as much info as you can. Copies of letters, copies of CMRR cards, disputes with the CRAs coming back verified, copies of your CRs on how it's reporting (black out ALL other TLs on the same page - you don't want them seeing anything else) highlight the inaccuracies or make notes on the side if you need to.....
Just be sure to be as thorough as you can so that you can back up your complaints.
