I received a letter from equafax. They have on my report a bad dept which was appearantly unable to collect as of 04/09 and no true date. I have been in contact with the company since 03/09 and the debt was paid off two days ago because of an outstanding balance of 0.54 cents! How is that company legally able to state they were unable to locate?now I am really mad! :mad:
