Ok.....this is just what I would do...
I would file an FTC complaint stating that they totally ignored your
PR request.......and then send a copy of the FTC complaint along with another
PR letter.....maybe bolding the part where you state your not requesting an investigation and want to how the item was verified and WHO verified it.
I would also hand write the next letter.......just to make sure it doesn't go through their automated system.
I hope you can get the right info from the court though. That is really what you are going to need.
