I'm going down personally next week to (hopefully) get a typed letter from them stating their procedure for CRAs. Actually, I'm bringing my own typed letter and asking them, if the wording's correct, to use it for their response on their letterhead. Heck, I'll PAY them a research fee if they like, and send flowers afterward to the clerk who works with me on this. I'm beginning to realize I should reward anyone there who's capable of helping me in a sane, coherent manner.

Sorry for the vent. It's just crazy the hoops we must jump through sometimes.

Call any federal office and you will see education is a big problem in our country.Everybody needs to be accountable without that nothing will get done.
