First off let me say that I know several people that have had good experiences with LL, but here goes.
I called and talked to them and they said they would start right away, let us purchase your CR for TU so we can start, I told them I belong to TC well we need to purchase so we can start, OK fine do it. Then I give them our info for TC so they can get EQ and EX. A week goes by and they do not have anything in their system on either my DW or me, so I call them and hear I don't know what happened let me check. 2 days later I call again I say what's going on they say I will have data entry take care of this today. Finally I call again and my info is in so I do the case valet thing no disputes go out so I call again the disputes are supposed to go out today or tommorrow. A couple of days later disputes go out to EQ and EX none to TU
so I call again and am assured everything will go out soon. I log in again and for the 3rd time I have to sign a retainer agreement whats up with that.
The icing on the cake was I go to my PO Box and what do I find but a dispute sent to EX with my PO Box as the address, how can they do that? The envelope is addressed EX but came to me. So I call to complain and they say my paralegal will get ahold of me TODAY and make everything right, this is at 9am by the next day in the PM I had enough and called and canceled. Sorry for the long story but there it is. It was because of multiple mistakes that I terminated them and all these mistakes except for the dispute being sent back happened to both my DW and I. BTW when I cancelled they didn't even try to keep me as a customer. Oh yeah I forgot they disputed a few items that I didn't want them to dispute.
