First off let me say that I know several people that have had good experiences with LL, but here goes.

The icing on the cake was I go to my PO Box and what do I find but a dispute sent to EX with my PO Box as the address, how can they do that? The envelope is addressed EX but came to me. So I call to complain and they say my paralegal will get ahold of me TODAY and make everything right, this is at 9am by the next day in the PM I had enough and called and canceled. Sorry for the long story but there it is. It was because of multiple mistakes that I terminated them and all these mistakes except for the dispute being sent back happened to both my DW and I. BTW when I cancelled they didn't even try to keep me as a customer. Oh yeah I forgot they disputed a few items that I didn't want them to dispute.
