Well, I wrote letter to courthouse asking how they verify info to CB's. (they are across country from where we are now)
I'm guessing your right and they used some kind of system to verify quickly. (or they didn't verify at all?) I've gotten some deletions on acts. inc. in bk but not all of them (including old address). I think I'm on a dead end road trying to dispute this, but I have to try!! Also, yes, I've heard if you can get rid of all the "bad stuff" included in it and the address during that time it could help your chances, again no guarantee. And again, worth a try!!
So... I continue to try... stay tuned.
