Not sure if there's really anything else you can do when it comes to TU's "frivolous" response. It basically means they think you're disputing is bs. :rolleyes:
I have gotten the same response from them. I had to give it about a 3 month break and then dispute again.
So.....really you're only options (with the CRAs) are to just keep disputing.......which may just get you more frivolous letters, give it a 3 month break and then try again later.........OR contact TU's legal dept and tell them you are planning to sue them. Only thing is if you threaten a lawsuit , you better be ready to back it up......or they will not take you seriously again. You might just stay flagged.
Are they valid debts? What kind of debts are they? At this point, it might be a better idea to go after the FOI. Just a thought.
