So im just waiting on the 2 cras to see what they tell me...what should I do.

I would continue trying by contacting Amex again. They should be identifying you by your SS#. Talk to a manager.......be persistent. Get names. If they try to put you off to "look into things", keep calling them back. Be sure to speak with the same person so you are not having to re-explain yourself every time. If you are still getting the run around, you should start filing complaints. You can do this with the FTC, BBB, Amex's headquarters state's AG......get their attention that you are not going to go away.

also I disputed bank of america because the account because it was sold to a third party, but they stay it is still mine, so now i have a additional 3k on my debt with it should be 3k less. This seems like it is getting compliacated.
So do you mean that even though a debt from an OC was sold/transferred to a CA......that they are still reporting a balance?
When a debt is sold, it should show it as a charge off/write off with a $0 balance. Is the CA also reporting this?

lastly i disputed some items that were on my credit report from back in 1993 or 1995 (im 25 as of last week lol) and they are now off my credit report, but....my score when down due to them being positive on my credit so now i have more negitive that positive...is that normal Oh no! You should never dispute a positive TL....especially if it's that old and innactive. That was probably one of your oldest TLs giving you history. Which is a big factor in determining a credit score. I can definitely see how that would lower your score.

See above in red. Hopefully that will help answer your questions.....let me know if you have any more.

P.S. And Happy Belated Birthday to a fellow Piscean!
