Did they stamp the letter with there seal?
I find that kind of odd. The letter I received was hand written as well, but they clearly stated that they do not report to the credit agencies.
I am wondering if it has to do with the state you live in, or if the person who wrote the letter was having a bad day or doesn't know what they are doing.
I don't know what kind of inpact the letter I received is going to have with the credit agencies because I am still new to all of this. All the information I have is from stuff I learned from this board.
Maybe someone else can shed some light on the subject for you. |
Yes, that's what it said (and only that), word for word, in handwriting and no seal or anything else that would indicate it even came from them. I'm in Southern California, so no idea if that's an issue, though I wouldn't think so.
I would love to hear from others here, if they're from Cali, on their success with getting a statement from the BK Court, or who might offer some help/advice. Mind you...this was my second attempt...the first never received a response.
