Uuummmmmm.............what? :confused: I'm getting nowhere with them, after they ignored the first letter, now this. It's becoming obvious they don't wish to cooperate, because I can't believe they're that clueless about what I was requesting.
I guess I'll have to send them another letter making it perfectly clear exactly what I'm asking for from them, with an example response. Perhaps that will help. |
The letter you received from the courthouse; all it said was - "Please note, you must contact the credit agencies for this request."?
Did they stamp the letter with there seal?
I find that kind of odd. The letter I received was hand written as well, but they clearly stated that they do not report to the credit agencies.
I am wondering if it has to do with the state you live in, or if the person who wrote the letter was having a bad day or doesn't know what they are doing.
I don't know what kind of inpact the letter I received is going to have with the credit agencies because I am still new to all of this. All the information I have is from stuff I learned from this board.
Maybe someone else can shed some light on the subject for you.
