Hi i am new in this forum, I want to ask a question for my credit report i had this collection for 3 years now and can't remove it....they have no proof i know. I had a accident and i left my car to the body shop with pink slip the insurance company paid for my car in full. after 1 year car gets towed by some towing company they send me a bill for 800....i told them i am not paying it is not my property any more...they keep sending it calling my work place treaten me. I am lost dont know what to do...please help me
