More than likely, they will write you back stating they DO NOT verify information with the CRAs (because they don't). Then you take a copy of that letter and redispute with the CRA.......demanding them to delete it.  |
No, I haven't set a letter yet. I will try to do that this weekend. In my letter, do I provide any personal information about myself; do I need to furnish ID or just say what you mentioned above?
When I send the letter from the courthouse back to the CRA and they don't delete it, what am I suppose to do? Isn't there a law that states that if they can't verify information, it has to be deleted? I am trying to find out where I read that.
