Chane, believe me, I don't want them to update it, I've actually just been trying to have them verify each facet of the listing.
I have asked for them to verify it as you stated in your reply, and I'm assuming you meant to verify the listing in general, etc ... but while I have tried this, and actually sent in the dispute for verification a couple times, it just keeps coming back "verified".
What would I do next? Given they say verified, can I then move to the "method of verification?" ... is there any other way of catching them in a lie or failing to actually do a 'verification'. We all know they either E-Oscar or look at something even though they attempt to tell you that they verified directly with the courthouse. but how can we catch them in this lie or falsehood given the courthouse doesn't verify anything?
