Can I just go and get a new social security card with my legal birth certificate name, a state issued driving license with my legal birth certificate name, and dispute everything that is associated with my name that has credit issues? Someone please advise.....

I don't see any problem with doing what you mention. You can dispute names and addresses without having to do all that though. CRAs don't keep "official government records". They are private companies. If you don't want them to have a certain version of your name or whatever, dispute it.
