Yup, if you haven't filled out your financial aid application already, start it now.
http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ There will be a question that asks you if you're interested in student loans, say yes obviously. If you've already filled out your fafsa you can still go back and make a correction. They are more than happy to give out loans, which are still considered financial aid for some reason. Good luck, and get it done quickly if you're doing it for the fall semester.
