Check your credit at FreeCreditReport.com first. This site is NOT one of the ones that make you buy some credit monitoring that most people do not need. If your state is one that requires a free report yearly to be given to you, that site will tell you and not charge you. Most states requires this nowadays. Look on the report to see who is holding your auto loan, if the loan is not listed then it is probably part of your bankruptcy and would only add to the amount defaulted and not be reported as a second delinquency. Secondly, go to your State's website and look up credit/bankruptcy help. There might be a State dept. phone number that will help you out. Good luck.
